Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any jin69 service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on jin69, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
2.2 jin69 reserves the right to request age and identity documentation at any time and to suspend Account access pending verification. Provision of false information regarding age or identity is a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any material changes — including change of name, email address, or primary bank account — must be notified to jin69 support promptly.
3.4 jin69 may, at its absolute discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.
3.5 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. jin69 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jin69 immediately via the official support channels.
4.1 jin69 operates a mandatory KYC programme in accordance with its international licensing obligations. All Members must complete KYC before processing their first withdrawal or reaching the deposit threshold specified by jin69 from time to time.
4.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements include:
4.3 jin69 aims to process KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during standard business hours (WIB). Complex submissions or incomplete documentation may take longer. You will be notified by email of the outcome.
4.4 jin69 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, particularly for high-value transactions or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.
5.1 All deposits to your jin69 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from jointly-held accounts may require additional verification.
5.2 Supported deposit channels and applicable minimum/maximum amounts are as follows:
5.3 Deposits made via bank transfer during standard banking hours (generally 07:00–22:00 WIB on business days) are typically credited instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours, during public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or during scheduled bank maintenance windows may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be credited.
5.4 jin69 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transfer fees, for which jin69 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account Balance and used in wagering activity, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
5.6 jin69 reserves the right to reject, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects may be linked to fraudulent, money-laundering, or bonus-abuse activity. The Member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the jin69 Account holder. jin69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Withdrawals are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified Accounts, subject to the daily and weekly processing windows.
6.3 Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (07:00–22:00 WIB on business days) are typically actioned within thirty (30) to ninety (90) minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day.
6.4 Before a first withdrawal can be processed, the Member must have successfully completed KYC verification (see Clause 4) and must have satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds (see Clause 7).
6.5 jin69 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that meet certain risk thresholds. During such reviews, the relevant funds will be held pending clearance. The Member will be informed of the review and given a reasonable timeframe to provide any requested documentation.
6.6 Withdrawal requests may be declined where jin69 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity mismatch, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, jin69 will notify the Member and retain any relevant documentation for its records.
7.1 jin69 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 jin69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being abused, exploited through coordinated multi-account activity, or claimed in bad faith. In such cases, associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds may be forfeited.
8.1 By placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet or game. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface and within the jin69 FAQ.
8.2 All bets are final once confirmed. jin69 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted by the cash-out feature or where a manifest error has occurred (see Clause 8.4).
8.3 jin69 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and international matches involving Timnas Indonesia (Garuda). It also offers togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws across multiple international pools (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau, and others), live casino games, and slot gacor (high-return slot machines). All markets operate under the specific product rules applicable to each category.
8.4 A manifest error is an obvious and material mistake in posted odds, game outcomes, or account credits that is clearly distinguishable from a deliberate Platform decision. jin69 reserves the right to void bets or reverse transactions where a manifest error is identified, regardless of whether the error benefited or disadvantaged the Member. jin69 will notify affected Members promptly and provide an appropriate remedy.
8.5 jin69 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Member's internet disconnection during an active game session, provided the Platform's own server remained operational. Where a disconnection is attributable to a Platform-side fault, jin69 will review the session log and apply a fair remedy at its discretion.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal remedies jin69 may pursue:

11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, trade names, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of jin69 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 The jin69 brand name, logo, and associated visual identity are trademarks of jin69. Unauthorised use of any jin69 trademark is strictly prohibited.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jin69 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or free from malware or other harmful components arising from third-party sources.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jin69 shall not be liable to any Member for:
12.3 jin69's total aggregate liability to any Member, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.1 jin69 collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and Platform use is processed for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. jin69 does not sell personal data to third parties.
13.3 All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. Retention periods and your rights regarding data access, correction, and deletion are set out in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 jin69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jin69 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to the registered Member address.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting jin69 support.
14.3 The version of these Terms currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect.
15.1 Voluntary closure: A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting jin69 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
15.2 Closure by jin69: jin69 may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, where:
15.3 Where an Account is closed due to a serious breach (including fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling), jin69 may forfeit the entire Account Balance, including Real Money funds deposited.
15.4 The provisions of Clauses 9, 11, 12, and 16 shall survive termination of these Terms and continue to apply.
16.1 These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jin69 holds its international operating licence. jin69 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gambling platform.
16.2 Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative development. It is each Member's personal responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
16.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to raise disputes directly with jin69 support, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, the matter may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body specified by jin69's licensing authority.
16.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent jin69 from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances require it.
